Hi everyone! We’ve had a whirlwind of a month trying to get this campaign rolling. Such A Funny Life is a film that’s been five years in the making, and now we’re trying to pull out all the stops and try to get as much funds as we can before we start rolling early next year. We’ve had a bunch of great responses on social media through Facebook and Twitter — including our Do or Die 48 Hour push which brought us up to $5,000. But now we’re at the end of our month long campaign and we want to take a moment to remind you that we only have a few days left.
So we’re trying to urge you to pledge in the last few days we have — up until January 5th! Let’s try to get to $10,000!
$10,000 is short of our original goal, but we feel it’s something that’s attainable — and we urge you to consider to donate in order for us to reach this small goal. If you haven’t already contributed, now is the time.
Such A Funny Life will film in the tri-state area with a dedicated crew of locals that are excited to get this film done. It’s a story that’s near and dear to our hearts about a comedian who’s dealing with the ups and downs of his career and his family, which is something we can all relate to. And not to mention it will shed light on families dealing with mental and physical abuse, as well as Autism. We feel it’s an important topic that is never shown enough, but without your help we won’t able to get this film made.
We have items up for grabs including digital downloads, fan packs, film credits, set visits, and more. But the only way you can get those perks is through our campaign — so give them a look!
All the best,
